Neal Kinsey is one of the country's most respected authorities on soil fertility, with more than 50 years of experience helping farmers improve crop performance through balanced soil nutrition. As the founder of Kinsey Agricultural Services, Neal has worked with producers around the world, teaching practical, science-based approaches to building healthy, productive soils that support long-term profitability. At Roots to Revenue, Neal will lead a hands-on Soil Fertility for Row Crop Production workshop, where participants will gain a deeper understanding of soil test interpretation, nutrient balancing, and strategies for improving soil health and crop performance. He will also present a second educational session during the conference, offering additional insights drawn from decades of consulting experience. Steve Campbell

Steve has been around cattle in one capacity or another since the age of ten. His Epiphany moment came in 1999 while recovering from a ranching injury. The resulting refocusing of his energies into learning about soil, plant, animal and human health since that time have led him to: some very old books; like minded thinkers and mentors; on farm experiments with soil fertility, and numerous speakers and conferences over the past twenty-four years. Steve has extrapolated those learned principles of nature onto his own ranch-land and animals and to help others make similar improvements on their ranches and with their families health.

Jacke Geiger

Jack is a 6 th generation NE Kansas farmer. He returned to the family farm in 1993 with a BS in Agronomy and Natural Resource Management from KSU. With his wife and three children, he operates a 30+ year certified organic mixed grain and livestock farm. Their middle child Dane is currently transitioning into the day to day operation of the farm. They hold a Kansas retail meat license and direct market beef under the Geiger Beef brand. Jack has served on the the OCIA Board of Directors for over 15 years in various roles including chair and president. He has mentored beginning organic farmers nationwide for over 10 years and maintains an educational channel, Geiger Farm on Youtube.
